Compare the actual item before the discount
Confirm the model generation, selected width and seller. An attractive price on the wrong variation is not a saving if you cannot comfortably use it. If you already know a family, check whether the discounted version changed the upper or sole from the pair you tried.
Read the condition description closely. A return, display pair or older stored item deserves inspection for damage and missing components. Photos of the general model do not prove the condition of the pair being sold.
Include the cost of being wrong
Return postage, final-sale restrictions and exchange availability affect the real value. Check those terms before ordering unfamiliar sizing, not after an indoor fitting fails. A lower price can come with less room to correct a mistake.
Start from the job the shoe will do in your week. If it duplicates an unworn pair or requires a fit compromise, waiting may be the better decision. A sale should make a suitable purchase more affordable rather than create a new need for unsuitable footwear.
